At FutbolRugs, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we offer a hassle-free refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds:

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Requested within 30 days of purchase

Non-refundable Items:

• Custom-made or personalized rugs
• Sale items (unless otherwise stated)

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact us at futbolrugs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
